Water Color
Sometimes ordinary items or structures can provide photographic possibilities. I have seen many examples of this from fellow bloggers.
I saw this fountain in front of a water company a few miles from where I live.
I liked it’s overall look so I took a few shots using a ND-4 filter and a slow shutter speed.
I used the tungsten lighting setting in Photoshop to give the image the blue color.
